Description
Description:
Like many of Mitsuru Koga’s art pieces, ‘Shell Planet’ is created using materials found washed ashore on the coastline where he lives in Kanagawa Prefecture. By taking unassuming seashells from the beach and transforming them into objects that exist on a cosmic scale, he challenges us to reexamine the mundane materials and landscapes in our lives.
