NOTES:

• In the download folder under “Files” are two folders, each named for the material thickness they are made for. One is named “4×7 Box with Lid 0125″ which is for 0.125” material and the other has a “159” at the end of the title and that’s for materials that are 0.145″ – 0.159″.
• Always watch the support video above and read all support documents included in the folder prior to cutting.
• The Broken Arrow logo, claw marks, and “TIGERS” are not included in the file – they are for examples only. You can add any of your own content to the boxes that you want.

MEASUREMENTS:

• Inside measurements are 4″ x 7″ x 2.6″
• There are two file options included: 1 for material that is 0.125″ and the other that is for materials that are 0.145″ – 0.159″ thick

MATERIAL I USED:

• I made several versions including one using TruFlat materials (0.125″) and a few more using Walnut and Red Oak plywoods (0.159″). Both are available here at BigBlueLaserDesigns.com.
• I use Gorilla Glue Super Glue Gel

AMOUNT OF MATERIAL NEEDED:

• ~1 1/4 sheets of 11″ x 19″ material
